Gerhard is Assistant Professor of Economics at the New Economic School in Moscow. Previously he was a postdoctoral researcher at the Oxford Centre for the Analysis of Resource Rich Economies (OxCarre), University of Oxford. Gerhard Toews, born in Kazakhstan, defended his PhD in Oxford in 2014. His research interests include natural resources and energy economics, labor economics, international economics, political economy and economic growth.

 

Gerhard est professeur assistant d’économie à la New Economic School de Moscou. Il a précédemment été chercheur postdoctoral au Oxford Centre for the Analysis of Resource Rich Economies (OxCarre), Université d’Oxford. Gerhard Toews, est né au Kazakhstan, il a défendu sa thèse de Ph. D. à Oxford en 2014. Ses travaux de recherche portent essentiellement sur les ressources naturelles et l’économie énergétique, l’économie du travail, l’économie internationale, l’économie politique et la croissance économique.

 

Gerhard es profesor asistente de economía en la New Economic School de Moscú.
