Gabriela Nagle Alverio (J.D., Ph.D.) is a climate mobility researcher and lawyer at Duke University whose work focuses on the legal and policy dimensions of climate-related displacement. She co-leads the Climate Mobility and Legal Innovation Programme through the Beyond Climate Collaborative. Her research draws on fieldwork in Latin America and the United States.
