Moumita Ghorai

Researcher, United Nations Development Programme

Moumita Ghorai is a researcher at the Human Development Report Office of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). She holds a Ph.D. in Applied Economics from Western Michigan University. Her research focuses on evidence-based international development policies. Prior to her doctoral studies, she earned her undergraduate and master’s degrees in economics from the University of Calcutta, India.
