Muhammad Abdur Rahaman serves the Center for People & Environ (CPE) as Director. Rahaman is a dedicated young climate scientist who has worked in the climate science and policy field for over 20 years. In
this journey, Rahaman has served national and international organizations as a researcher, practitioner, and development actor in climate change, disaster risk reduction, climate-smart agricultural innovations, climate change, and health nexus. Rahaman has achieved the Environment Award in 2022 for his outstanding contribution to climate change and environment research, education, and outreach.
