Rotimi Owolabi is a digital policy enthusiast and legal professional specializing in the intersection technology, law and policy. Passionate about leveraging technology for social impact, his work focuses on advancing ethical and inclusive digital transformation, particularly within African contexts. He has participated in key initiatives, including serving as a Research Fellow at Digspace Africa and the Center for AI and Digital Policy (CAIDP). A committed advocate for internet governance and digital inclusion, Rotimi is a member of the organizing team for the Nigeria Youth Internet Governance Forum, coordinating stakeholder engagements and shaping discussions on creating a more accessible and secure internet. He is also a Fellow of the Nigerian School on Internet Governance and holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria.
