Shuting Xia est sociologue et chercheuse à l’Institut pour l’avenir du travail.Her work focuses on the future of work, particularly the effects of technology and digitalisation on wellbeing and livelihoods, with a special interest in underserved groups such as displaced persons and refugees. Shuting also works as Head of Research at Na’amal and lectures at Norwich Business school, University of East Anglia.
