Victoire Girard is a researcher at NOVAFRICA, Nova SBE, funded by a 6 years "individual call" from the Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia. She holds a PhD from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and is a research affiliate at the LEO, Orléans University, and a lecturer at Nova SBE and the BRGM. Her research interests lie in Development Economics, Political Economy and Environmental and Natural Resources Economics. Elle est titulaire d'un doctorat de Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne et est affiliée de recherche au LEO, Université d'Orléans, et maître de conférences à Nova SBE et au BRGM. Ses intérêts de recherche portent sur l'économie du développement, l'économie politique et l'économie de l'environnement et des ressources naturelles.
